YOGA IN SUMMER

During the summer months of July and August, you are welcome to join the morning yoga classes, run Monday to Friday, 8h30 to 9h30 in the animation tent of the Les Tourterelles campsite. You may of course use your own yoga mat, otherwise gym mats can be borrowed from us. Please bring a towel.

There is the possibility for drop-in lessons or to book the yoga classes for the entire week.


YOGA DURING LOW SEASON

In the months of May, June and September, we offer yoga retreats on various topics:

The retreats provide a way for you to connect with yourself and with nature, to relax and recharge your batteries. We offer you the basics for a well-balanced life, which you can then integrate into your everyday life after your stay.

Jana teaches 2-3 daily yoga and relaxation classes, so you have plenty of time to explore the area, lying on the beach or splashing in the waves. In good weather we practice yoga outdoors (beach, forest, lake), otherwise we use a small, beautiful yoga room.
During all retreats, you have the option of booking massages to assist your relaxation…
Surrounded by forest, beach and sea, Saint Girons Plage is the ideal place to take a deep breath and connect with yourself.
The yoga classes are adapted to the students all levels – beginner, intermediate, advanced – are welcome and will benefit from practice. Each participant is individually supported according to their current needs, in order to develop and progress successfully on their individual path.
For even more profound grounding, some yoga classes and final relaxations are accompanied by chanting bowls. The combination of relaxation techniques and chanting bowls allows participants to relax on a deeper level, to improve body perception, to free the mind and themselves from unnecessary patterns and affirmations in order to progress more easily on the path of life.

 

We offer yoga classes in both the morning and evening, with the additional possibility of booking an individual lesson, or to sign up for all classes during the week or on the weekend.
